By accessing and using Setu Vault ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Setu Vault provides TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) authentication and password management services for consumers (free) and enterprises (custom pricing). The Service includes mobile applications, web applications, and enterprise SDKs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All data is encrypted and stored securely in Indian data centers. We comply with Indian data protection regulations and do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
The consumer version of Setu Vault is provided free of charge for personal use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free service at any time with reasonable notice.
Enterprise services are governed by separate commercial agreements. Custom pricing, SLAs, and support terms are defined in individual enterprise contracts.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
Setu Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
